Irma Club Guest Rewards Program

Hotel Irma gladly welcomes you as a member of our guest rewards programs Irma Club Distinguished Member and Irma Club VIP, designed for frequent travelers like you.

Following you will find information of all the advantages and benefits that we offer you once you belong to either two of our membership levels, which will allow you to enjoy a valuable and useful rewards during your stay with us.

Distinguished Member

You are a Distinguished Member from the moment you enroll in the program at the front desk or by calling our Irma Club phone number and during the accumulation of 15 over night stays. (complementary night stay are not considered) in a 12 month period.

The following benefits apply during your stay with us:

1 point for each Mexican Peso spent (without taxes) on room rent, restaurant, bar, and other services offered by the hotel.
1 point for each Mexican Peso spent (without taxes) on any special promotions offered by the hotel.
Courtesies in office services. (2 free black and white prints and 2 local free faxes per stay.)
Cancel your reservation without charge until 9:00 am (Only during the low season period).
Free local calls.
Welcome cocktail (1 margarita,1 daikiri,1 rum & coke or 1 soft drink per adult).
15% off in breakfast, lunch or dinner in hotel restaurant and room service, as well as events and banquets, upon presentation of your membership card. (Id and Irma Club membership card are required)
25% off in long distance calls with in Mexico. (Cell phone and international 1-800 numbers don´t apply).
Free Internet access voucher per stay.
Late check out until 2:30 pm (subject to availability).
Hospitality room access.
15% off in any purchase in “Ola Zihua” hotel boutique

VIP

Obtain more benefits and privileges to make your stay even more pleasant.... Once you have accumulated 16 nights or more during the last twelve months and in acknowledgement to your preference for Hotel Irma, in addition to the “Distinguished Member” level features, you will be able to enjoy the following privileges for one-year period when staying with us:

Room up grade (subject to availability).
Late check-out until 4:00 pm. upon request (subject to availability).
High speed Internet access voucher per night.
Cancel your reservation without charge until 1:00 pm (only during low season).
Laundry and ironing service free of charge (up to a maximum to 2 pieces) during your stay. (Not valid for dry cleaning.)
20% off in any purchase in “Ola Zihua” hotel boutique.
An additional 15% bonus for Irma Club Reward points.
Points don't expire as long as you remain at the VIP level. This is possible accumulating 16 over nights during 12 months (complementary night are not considered).

Points Required for Free Nights

Points required to enjoy a free night stay in a standard room during each season:

Season: Low High Special
Points: 12,500 17,000 30,000

Low season: March 30 through July 5 and August 17 through December 18.
High season: Jan 2 through March 14, March 23 through March 29 (week after Easter) and July 6 through August 16 (summer).
Special season: December 19 through January 1 and March 15 through March 22 (Easter), long weekends and special Mexican holidays.

Discount Certificates

Irma Club allows you to redeem your points for Room Nights Discount Certificates:

Redeem 3,000 Irma Club points to obtain a 30% discount certificate for 1 night.
Redeem 5,000 Irma Club points to obtain a 50% discount certificate for 1 night.


Note: Discount Certificates apply considering only the Rack rate valid during the stay.

Terms and Conditions

*Bookings for reward nights must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations have to be made through our Reservations Call Center 01800 01 84552 Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Reward nights can not be reserved directly at the hotel.

* Reservations changes or cancellations for reward nights apply a: $20 USD charge, otherwise, points will be cancelled.

*Is permitted to earn Irma Club points with restaurant and / or bar consumptions when not staying at the hotel. (Id and Irma Club Card may be requested.)

*It is not permitted to redeem Irma Club room night points at Hotel Irma or vice versa.

*If during a 24 months period after you enrolled to Irma Club or your last points accumulation via room rent, catering, or food and beverage consume, no activity is registered in your member account, your membership will expire as well as all the benefits that the program offers.

*Villa Club Reward Points are valid for 2 years. Example, Points accumulated during January 2008 will expire on January 2010.
